Resident Agreements was founded  by Patti Wyckoff in 2026. 
This agreement has been in the making for 2 years and because
we wanted to be sure it contained everything,  we remade it
again with an enhanced Diabetes section including doctor's
numbers, insurance info and more. 

So far we have had a 100% satisfaction.
